Meet The Team!

Hi, my name is Adam Lingenfelter and I really appreciate your interest in our company. I got
into the home building industry in 1990 and built my first custom home in Washington State in 1993. Until
2010, I was president of a building material supply company and a construction company, where we completed
1,900 construction projects and eventually sold both of those companies to ProBuild. ProBuild subsequently
promoted me and relocated my family to North Dallas in 2013. I loved working for ProBuild but really wanted
to get involved in construction again because that was what I was most passionate about. We have built
dozens of custom homes in North Dallas since we completed our first one in 2015. We typically have 20+
houses under construction at any given time ranging from $1.5 million to $20 million. When I am not building
homes, I like to spend time with family and friends doing things such as boating, golfing, listening to
music, watching sports, going to church, working out, watching TV and movies, and reading books.

Hello, I am Lisa Lingenfelter, I have been proud to serve as Vice President of Lingenfelter
Luxury Homes since joining the family business in 2018. In my role, I work in the accounting office and oversee
our warranty services, helping ensure our homeowners continue to receive the exceptional care and attention long
after they move into their new home. One of the greatest blessings of my career is the opportunity to work alongside
my family every day. Being part of a company built on integrity, quality craftsmanship, and lasting relationships
makes my work especially meaningful. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and
the rest of my family, traveling, running, and working in my garden. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of a
team that helps families create a place they’re proud to call home.

Hi, my name is Alicia Schwarze. I just joined Lingenfelter Luxury Homes in April of 2022. I
have been in the homebuilding industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining LLH, I worked for 16 years at
Lennar Homes. I received my degree from the University of North Texas, and I am a Certified Public
Accountant.

Hi, my name is Alison Lingenfelter. I joined the Lingenfelter team in 2021 and have really
enjoyed working alongside my family and experience the passion we all have for this company. I love working
with clients to make their dream design selections that are tailored to their own styles and needs. Outside
of work, you can find me reading, writing, or spending time with friends, family and my dog.

Hi, I’m Taylor Parker. Having grown up in the north Dallas area with homebuilding in my
blood, I was able to witness and gain a passion for all things construction & homebuilding from a young
age. I obtained my bachelors degree at Texas State University, and have been pursuing my goal of helping families
customize their homes since 2017 In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, watching the Cowboys and
spending time with my wife and son. I am fortunate to have become a member of LLH in May of 2023, and I look
forward to continuing to work with the team to help families build their custom homes.

Hello, my name is Riley Strey and I joined Lingenfelter Luxury in May of 2026. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas
and attended Texas Tech University where I obtained my bachelor’s degree. Previously, I was involved in the dental
field where I learned organizational skills, refined attention to detail, and client-centered approach to all aspects of
work. An incredible opportunity arose for me to work in home-building, so I began to shift my focus here. In my free
time, I enjoy fishing, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi! I’m Brooklyn Lingenfelter Johnson. I joined the custom home building industry in
February of 2018. I grew up with a dad who shared his passion for building with me, which made the decision
to join him that much easier- it was in my blood. In my time here at LLH, I have grown in the business
alongside him and other members of my family. In the time I spend outside of the company, I love to shop,
watch movies, spend time outside (even more if it’s on the beach!), and spend time with my children, Landry
and Kason, and my husband, Jett.

Hi, my name is Boston Lingenfelter, and I am blessed to have the opportunity to help people build their dream homes
while working alongside the people I care about. In addition to that, I get to be involved in the construction process
and contribute to projects firsthand and learn something new every day. A little bit about me and what I like to do in
my spare time consists of golfing, boating, hunting, spending time with friends and family, or doing just about anything
outdoors.

Hi, I’m Landry Kate Johnson and I joined Lingenfelter Luxury Homes when I was born in March
of 2022. Gramma Lisa and Papa Adam say that building houses is in my blood but for now, I spend all my time
smiling and making people in the office laugh. In my free time, I love to play outside, dress up in princess
dresses, eat ice cream, and listen to music. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kason Johnson! As the youngest member of the Lingenfelter Luxury Homes family, I take my job very
seriously—keeping everyone on their toes and making sure there’s never a dull moment.
While everyone else is busy building dream homes, I’m busy exploring, climbing on things I probably shouldn’t, and
finding new adventures wherever I go. I love being outside, making people laugh, playing with my toys, and keeping
up with my big sister. I may be little, but I bring plenty of energy, excitement, and fun wherever I go. I can’t wait to
meet you!
